10. Section 9 is copied from clause 8 of the English Trade

Disputes and Trade Unions Bill. It gives the Attorney

General the right to apply for an injunction to restrain any

application of the funds of a trade union in contravention of

the Ordinance.

11. Section 10 is the general penalty section.

12.

Section 11 requires the sanction of the Attorney General

for prosecutions under sections 3, 6, 7 or 8.

13.

In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency the Governor may properly assent in the name of His Majesty

and on His behalf.
